Seagull Publishing House was founded in January 2026 by Ishan Kher, carrying forward a proud publishing legacy. We are the third generation of a publishing family: the first publishing house was founded in the 1970s by B.D. Kher; the second was Vihang Prakashan, established in 1998 by Rajendra and Seemantini Kher. Though newly established, we draw on decades of publishing heritage. We provide personalized publishing services that honor both the craft of writing and the integrity of storytelling. We support authors with professional expertise and genuine partnership.
Seagull Publishing House provides professional publishing services tailored to each author’s unique needs, offering customized packages that guide your manuscript from initial submission all the way to publication.
